We hard mill hardened tool steel
to finished sizes using 3D solids
and surfacing from Gibbs CAM
software.
We use Makino high-speed vertical
machining centers for all our mill
work.
They are programmed with GibbsCAM
3D software with surfacing and v-mill
for high-speed, efficient machining.
Our grinding is done on Okamoto
surface grinders.
We do a lot of heat treating in
house for control of the process
and quicker turnaround times.
